Dr. Limberg's Research Projects
Dr. Jacqueline Limberg is currently seeking volunteers for the following research studies:
Adult Volunteers With and Without Obesity Needed for Cardiovascular Study! (Gwynn Hall)
The Nutrition and Exercise Physiology Department is recruiting adults with and without obesity, who are otherwise healthy, non-nicotine users between the ages of 18-45 for a research study examining the effect of low oxygen (similar to sleep apnea). This study has one 30-minute screen visit via Zoom and one 5-hour research visit in MU-PAW (Gwynn Hall). Participants will be compensated for their time, effort and be provided with blood test and body composition results.

Healthy Volunteers Needed for Cardiovascular Study! (Clinical Research Center)
The Nutrition & Exercise Physiology Department is recruiting healthy, non-nicotine users, aged 18-45 for a research study examining the effect of low oxygen (like sleep apnea) in adults with and without obesity. In-person requirements at Clinical Research Center: 1) one 30-minute screen visit, 2) one 5-hour research visit. Participants are compensated for time and effort.

The Nutrition and Exercise Physiology Department is recruiting healthy adults between 18-45 years old that are free of nicotine, tobacco, and recreational drug use to examine how blood flow changes in response to low oxygen (similar to sleep apnea). Participation in this study includes one 30-min in-person screen visit, and two, 3-hour study visits in Gwynn Hall/MU-PAW. Participants will be compensated for their time and effort.

Healthy Volunteers Needed for Cardiovascular Study!
The Nutrition and Exercise Physiology Department is recruiting healthy men and women between the ages of 18-45 for a research study examining the effect of insulin on brain and leg blood flow. This study has one 30-minute zoom meeting and one 6-hour research visit in MU-PAW. Participants will be compensated for their time and effort. Due to COVID-19, a number of precautions are in place to protect the health and safety for all individuals involved in research at MU.
